These are the treatments your therapist chooses from in a Radiance or Renewal Skin Treatment. Most can also be booked on their own.
LED Skin Treatment
LED (light-emitting diode) therapy uses specific wavelengths of light that are absorbed by the skin. Blue light is used for breakout-prone skin, while red light is used to calm inflammation and support healthy, glowing skin.
It is painless and relaxing, with no downtime.
Best for: breakouts, redness and inflammation, dull or stressed skin, and recovery after other treatments.
Not suitable if you take photosensitising medication such as isotretinoin, so let your therapist know about any medications.
Hydro Jelly Skin Treatment
Featuring Esthemax Hydrojelly® masks: algae-based, electrolyte-infused masks that are mixed fresh and applied as a cool gel. The mask sets into a flexible jelly layer that seals in moisture and active ingredients, then peels off in one piece.
Your therapist chooses the mask for your skin, from hydrating and calming to brightening and clarifying.
Best for: dehydration, redness and sensitivity, dullness, and a pre-event glow.
Micro Skin Treatment
Microdermabrasion is a mechanical exfoliation that gently buffs away the build-up of dead skin cells on the surface. Skin is left smoother and brighter, and your skincare absorbs better afterwards.
There is no downtime, though skin can look a little pink for a few hours.
Best for: dullness, rough texture, congestion and uneven tone.
Dermaplaning
Dermaplaning uses a sterile surgical blade to gently remove dead skin cells and fine vellus hair (peach fuzz) from the surface of the skin. Skin is instantly smoother and brighter, makeup sits more evenly and skincare absorbs better.
Hair grows back as it was, not thicker or darker. Dermaplaning is not performed over active breakouts.
Best for: dullness, uneven texture, peach fuzz and prepping skin before an event.
Peel Skin Treatment
A professional peel uses acids to loosen the bonds between dead skin cells so they shed more evenly, revealing smoother, brighter skin. Your therapist chooses the peel and strength for your skin after assessing it.
Everyday peels
- Sensitive Peel10% lactic acid
Our gentlest peel. Lactic acid exfoliates while it hydrates. Best for sensitive or dry skin, or your first peel.
- Mature Skin Peel10% glycolic acid, 10% lactic acid
A balanced AHA blend to smooth fine lines, soften texture and restore glow. Best for mature or dull skin.
- Youthful Skin Peel25% glycolic acid
A stronger glycolic peel to resurface and brighten. Best for dullness, uneven tone and early signs of ageing.
- Oily Skin Peel15% salicylic acid
Salicylic acid is oil-soluble, so it works inside the pore to clear congestion. Best for oily, congested and breakout-prone skin.
Higher-strength peels
For more corrective goals, chosen after your therapist has assessed your skin. Expect some flaking for a few days afterwards.
- Jessner OriginalSalicylic acid 14%, lactic acid 14%, resorcinol 14%
A classic medium-strength resurfacing peel. Best for congestion, uneven texture and pigmentation.
- Jessner High Strength for DepigmentationSalicylic acid 10%, resorcinol 10%, lactic acid 8%, kojic acid 4%
Adds kojic acid, which helps inhibit pigment production. Best for pigmentation and uneven tone.
- Mandelic 30% and Mandelic 40%Mandelic acid
A large-molecule AHA that absorbs slowly and evenly, so it suits sensitive, breakout-prone and darker skin tones. The 40% gives a stronger result. Best for congestion, pigmentation and texture.
Your therapist will check suitability first, including if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or using retinoids. Daily SPF is essential after any peel.
Skin Needling Skin Treatment
A professional pen with fine needles creates controlled micro-channels in the skin. This stimulates the skin’s natural repair response and collagen production, and lets a targeted serum reach deeper.
Expect some redness for a day or two. A course of treatments gives the best results.
Best for: fine lines, acne scarring, texture and pigmentation.
Nano Infusion Skin Treatment
A gentler alternative to skin needling. Ultra-fine nano tips work at the surface of the skin to infuse a targeted serum, with little to no downtime.
Best for: hydration, tone, fine lines and skin that is not ready for needling.

Cosmelan De-Pigmentation Treatment
Cosmelan by mesoestetic is a professional de-pigmentation treatment for stubborn pigmentation, including melasma. A de-pigmenting mask is applied in clinic and removed at home after a set time, followed by a homecare maintenance program.
Best for: melasma, sun damage and stubborn pigmentation.

Before & after your treatment
A few simple steps help you get the best, longest-lasting results. Your therapist will tailor this advice to you on the day.
Before your appointment
- New to us? Start with a Skin Discovery Treatment so your therapist can plan the right treatment.
- Stop retinol, Vitamin A and exfoliating acids 3 to 5 days before peels, dermaplaning or skin needling.
- Avoid facial waxing, sunburn and fake tan on your face for a week before.
- Let us know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking any medication, or prone to cold sores.
- You can arrive with makeup on; we cleanse your skin first.
After your appointment
- Skip makeup for 12 hours (24 hours after skin needling).
- Avoid heat, the gym, saunas and swimming for 24 to 48 hours.
- Wear SPF 50+ every day. It's essential after any peel.
- Pause retinol, acids and scrubs for 3 to 5 days, or as your therapist advises.
- Don't pick any flaking. Keep skin hydrated and calm with barrier-repair skincare.

Frequently asked questions
Which treatment is right for me?
Start with a Skin Discovery Treatment ($99 for new clients). Your therapist looks at your skin and builds a plan, so you don't have to choose alone.
Is there any downtime?
LED and Hydro Jelly have none. Skin can look a little pink for a few hours after dermaplaning, peels can flake for a few days, and skin needling usually means redness for a day or two.
How often should I have a treatment?
Every 4 weeks suits most skin, as it matches your skin's renewal cycle. Corrective goals like scarring or pigmentation respond best to a course.
Can I wear makeup afterwards?
We recommend waiting 12 hours, or 24 hours after skin needling, so your skin can settle and absorb the serums.
I'm pregnant or breastfeeding. Can I still have a facial?
Many treatments are still suitable, but some peels and actives are not. Let us know when you book and your therapist will tailor the treatment.
What's the difference between Radiance and Renewal?
Radiance focuses on glow and hydration with gentler modalities. Renewal uses corrective modalities for concerns like texture, scarring and pigmentation. Your therapist chooses what's inside on the day.
