Package Terms & Conditions

Beauty Package Terms & Conditions 

 

Package Inclusions

Each Beauty Package includes the services listed at the time of purchase.

Package services are subject to appointment availability, therapist qualifications and treatment suitability.

Expiry

Beauty Packages must be used within six months of the purchase date.

Any unused services expire at the end of the six-month period and cannot be refunded, transferred, exchanged for cash or converted to account credit, except where required by law or approved by management.

Clients are responsible for booking appointments early enough to use all included services before the expiry date.

A cancellation, reschedule or no-show does not extend the package expiry date.

Substitutions

Package services cannot be substituted. Any substitution may only be approved at management’s discretion.

Where a substitution is approved, no refund or credit will be provided if the replacement service is of a lower value. If the replacement service is of a higher value, the client must pay the difference.

Appointments

Standard booking, cancellation and no-show terms apply.

A late cancellation or no-show may result in the relevant package service being treated as used, in accordance with the general cancellation policy.

A late cancellation or no-show does not extend the package expiry date.

Treatment Suitability

Clients must complete any required consultation, consent form or patch test before treatment.

Believe in Beautiful may refuse, modify or substitute a service where it is not suitable or safe for the client.

Refunds and Transfers

Beauty Packages cannot be refunded or transferred because a client changes their mind, does not use all services or does not book before expiry.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Other Offers

Beauty Packages cannot be combined with:

  • Beauty Pass value or benefits

  • promotions or discounts

  • loyalty points

  • rebooking credits

  • memberships

  • other packages

  • gift cards or vouchers

unless expressly stated otherwise.

Existing Packages

The new Beauty Package Terms do not replace or change the terms applying to packages purchased before the Beauty Services launch.

 

Existing clients continue under the terms that applied when their package was purchased.
