Which option is right for me?
If you want a facial every month, a Skin Club gives you the best value. If you mostly book waxing, IPL, lashes, brows, tanning or massage, choose Beauty Pass. If you would rather not sign up to anything, a package still saves you money.
Can I use Beauty Pass credit on skin treatments?
Beauty Pass credit is for waxing, IPL hair removal, lashes & brows, spray tanning and massage. For skin treatments, a Skin Club or skin package is the better choice.
What is the difference between Radiance and Renewal?
Radiance treatments focus on hydration, glow and skin health. Renewal treatments are more advanced and corrective, for texture, pigmentation and ageing. Your therapist will recommend the right level for your skin.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes. Skin Clubs and Beauty Pass both have a 6-month minimum term. After the minimum term, Skin Clubs continue month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Packages have no ongoing commitment. Full details are in our Membership terms & conditions.
How long do packages last?
All packages and skin programs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
