Before & after your treatment
A few simple steps help you get the best, longest-lasting results. Your therapist will tailor this advice to you on the day.
Before your appointment
- Come with clean, makeup-free eyes, with no mascara on your lashes.
- For a Brow Sculpt, avoid plucking or waxing your brows for 2 weeks so we have hair to shape.
- Stop retinol and exfoliating acids around the brows for a week before brow lamination.
- Contact lens wearers: bring your glasses or lens case for lash treatments.
- Lash V pre-care products are available to buy in clinic. Ask your therapist which suits you.
After your appointment
- Keep lashes and brows dry for 24 hours after a lift, lamination, tint or new set.
- Avoid steam, saunas and heavy sweating for 24 hours.
- Use an oil-free cleanser around the eyes, and keep face oils away from the lash line.
- Brush lashes or brows into place daily with a clean spoolie.
- Don't pick or pull at extensions. Book a refill every 2 to 3 weeks.
- Book a lash tint about 4 weeks after your lash lift and tint to make your lashes pop again.

Frequently asked questions
How long do lash extensions last?
Lashes shed naturally, so we recommend a refill every 2 to 3 weeks. A full set is needed if more than half has shed.
How long does a lash lift last?
Around 6 to 8 weeks, following your natural lash cycle. A lash tint about 4 weeks after your lift and tint makes your lashes pop again.
How long does brow lamination last?
Usually 4 to 6 weeks. Brushing your brows daily helps them stay in place.
What is the difference between a brow tint and henna?
A tint colours the brow hairs. Henna also stains the skin underneath, for a fuller, more defined look that lasts a little longer.
Can I wear mascara with lash extensions?
You won't need it, and mascara can shorten their life. If you do, avoid waterproof formulas.
