CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation or Changing of an Appointment Time

At Believe in Beautiful, we strive to exceed your expectations.

On occasions, you may need to change your appointment time or day and we will always respect this.

To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask that you give a minimum of 12 hours’ notice so that another client has the opportunity to make an appointment.

Payments

At Believe in Beautiful, we are responsible for providing professional, highly trained Therapists and Nurses at your appointment. We are ready to serve.

A 20% deposit is required to secure all appointments over 30 minutes, and a $50 deposit is required to secure all medical appointments.

All deposits are non-refundable.

We understand emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify our clinics with more than 12 hours notice.

Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice: Your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations with more than 12 hours notice: Your deposit will be deducted from your next appointment.

Appointment Confirmation

Your appointment will be confirmed via a text message sent to your nominated mobile phone 48 hours prior to your appointment.

We ask that you simply respond to this confirmation text to confirm you are planning to attend.

If you do not confirm your appointment we are unable to guarantee your booking.

Running Late

Everyone runs late from time to time. On any such occasion, we will do everything possible to complete your treatment in the remaining time.

Out of respect to clients following your appointment and our desire to run on time for all appointments, we may not be able to guarantee your full treatment time.

No Show

Should the unfortunate occasion occur that you do not arrive for your appointment and have not given the requested notice time of 12 hours, one of the following may be implemented:

For treatments with a duration of 30 mins or more you will forfeit your deposit.

For treatments with a duration of less than 30 mins, you will be charged 50% of the treatment price.

You will be requested to pay a deposit when next booking an appointment.

A treatment will be forfeited if your appointment included a pre-purchased treatment from a package.

Age Policy

IPL Hair Reduction & Feather Touch Brow Treatments

All clients receiving IPL Hair Reduction or Feather Touch Brow treatments must be 18+ years old or have a parent or guardian sign a consent form, and be present for the duration of their treatment.

Medical & Cosmetic Injection Treatments

All clients receiving Medical & Cosmetic Injection Treatments must strictly be 18+ years old.

All Other Treatments

Clients receiving any treatment not covered above must be 16+ years old.

For hair reduction and removal treatments, we recommend clients come in once they are 18+ years old.

Payment Processing & Security

We accept MasterCard and Visa card payments and direct deposit.

If you would like to pay via direct deposit, please select the ‘direct deposit’ payment method and you will be advised our bank account details upon completion of your order.

Once we have confirmed that the payment has been credited to our bank account, we will dispatch your order.

We use ‘eWAY’ as our payment gateway provider.

Your credit card payment is processed via this independent company.

eWAY is now widely recognised as Australia’s leading payment gateway.

eWAY is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant.

Prices

All prices include GST (Goods & Services Tax 10%) unless specified otherwise. All prices are in Australian Dollars.

Unsubscribe

Although we don’t have a landing page, you can manually unsubscribe via your guest profile in the webstore. All you need to do is log in to your profile from the Book Now page, head to your profile, click the edit button, then edit your preferences and save.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Products

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly provide you with a refund or exchange. Please e-mail us within 14 days of receiving the item so that we can arrange a refund or exchange.

All goods must be returned. Return postage is the responsibility of the sender.

Services

Refunds are not available for change of mind. Series packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers for redemption at any Believe in Beautiful location may be purchased through the Believe in Beautiful website.

Choose from one of the suggested voucher values or enter the dollar amount to suit your requirements.

Purchased Believe in Beautiful Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Promotional credits and rewards provided free of charge, including referral rewards, may have a different expiry period as stated in the relevant offer or program terms.

Product Images

Please be aware that product images may vary depending on your computer settings and therefore may not give a true depiction of what the product actually looks like.

Please bear this in mind when making your purchase.

Shipping Information

Orders received before Monday to Friday are dispatched with 24 hours.

Orders received after on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

If any delays are experience in processing your order you will be contacted by email or phone.

Delivery times quoted are approximate and should be used as a guide only.

Customers located outside the next day delivery network or in regional Australia should allow an additional 1-3 days for delivery.

A signature is required on delivery to a residential or business address.

If nominating a business address please ensure you include the business or company name in the address field.

Customers are required to pay a re-delivery fee if parcels are returned to Believe in Beautiful due to insufficient delivery address details.

Authority to leave without a signature If your parcel is being delivered to your home address you can authorise for it to be left without a signature.

Please request this service in the comments box during the checkout process and provide clear instructions on where you would like the parcel left.

Believe in Beautiful and its freight handling agents will not be held liable for lost or stolen goods.

Selected Offers and Service Trials

Believe in Beautiful may introduce selected services, offers, credits, packages, programs, plans, memberships or promotions from time to time.

These may be available at selected clinics, for selected services, for selected clients, or for a limited time. They may not be available at all clinics or to all clients.

Selected offers may be used to test new services, pricing, packages, programs, plans, memberships or promotional structures before they are changed, extended or made available more broadly.

Believe in Beautiful may change, pause, extend or withdraw a selected offer at any time before a client purchases, books or signs up for that offer.

Once a client purchases, books or signs up for a selected offer, the terms provided at the time of purchase, booking or sign-up will apply, together with Believe in Beautiful’s general Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, selected offers are not transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, loyalty points, rebooking credits, gift cards, vouchers, packages, programs, plans or memberships.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights a client may have under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

Promotions, Offers and Discounts

Believe in Beautiful may offer promotions, discounts, vouchers, gifts, credits or other promotional offers from time to time.

Promotions may be available for a limited time, at selected clinics, for selected services, for selected clients, or while stocks last.

Promotion details, including price, discount, value, inclusions, eligibility, expiry, location, booking requirements and exclusions, will be stated in the relevant promotion material. This may include the website, booking page, email, SMS, social media post, voucher, flyer, in-clinic material or other offer communication.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions:

• cannot be used with any other promotion, discount, loyalty points, rebooking credits, gift cards, vouchers, packages, programs, plans or memberships
• are not transferable
• are not redeemable for cash, refund or account credit
• are subject to appointment availability
• are subject to treatment suitability, where relevant
• may be changed, paused or withdrawn before purchase, booking or redemption

If a promotion has an expiry date or redemption period, the promotion must be used within that period.

If a promotion is limited to a selected clinic, service, client group or communication channel, it will only be available in that context.

Promotional claims, including savings, discounts, gifts, bonus items or stated value, apply only as described in the relevant promotion material.

Standard cancellation and no-show policies apply to promotional bookings unless otherwise stated.

Believe in Beautiful may refuse to honour a promotion if it has been copied, transferred, altered, used fraudulently, used outside the stated promotion terms, or used after the promotion has expired.

The terms that apply to a promotion are the terms published or communicated at the time of purchase, booking or redemption.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights a client may have under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

REFER A FRIEND PROGRAM

Believe in Beautiful’s Refer a Friend program rewards existing clients for introducing new clients to Believe in Beautiful.

A successful referral is a new client who has been referred by an existing Believe in Beautiful client and has completed and paid for their first appointment.

Referral Rewards

Once the referred client has completed and paid for their first appointment:

• the referring client will receive a $30 referral reward
• the referred client will receive a $30 referral reward, which can be used from their next appointment

Referral rewards are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

There is no minimum spend when redeeming a referral reward.

Referral rewards may be used towards services, packages or memberships at Believe in Beautiful.

Referral rewards cannot be used towards retail products or gift vouchers and cannot be redeemed for cash.

If the full value of a referral reward is not used in one transaction, any remaining balance will remain available until the reward’s original expiry date.

Referral rewards cannot be transferred to another person or combined with another promotion, discount, loyalty reward, rebooking credit or referral reward unless otherwise stated.

Referral Milestones

• Clients who achieve 5 successful referrals will receive an additional $50 referral reward.
• Clients who achieve 10 successful referrals will receive a further $100 referral reward.

This means a client who reaches 10 successful referrals will have received a total of $150 in milestone rewards, in addition to the individual $30 rewards earned for each successful referral.

Milestone rewards are one-off rewards and are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

The same redemption conditions that apply to referral rewards also apply to milestone rewards.

Referral Eligibility

The referred client must be new to Believe in Beautiful and must not have previously completed an appointment at any Believe in Beautiful clinic.

The referred client must nominate their referrer when booking, registering or attending their first appointment.

Referrals cannot be added retrospectively once the referred client’s first appointment has been completed.

Each new client may nominate one referrer only.

Each successful referral can only count once towards referral rewards and referral milestones.

Believe in Beautiful reserves the right to withhold or cancel a referral or milestone reward where a referral is duplicated, fraudulent or does not otherwise meet these terms.

Believe in Beautiful may change, pause or withdraw the Refer a Friend program at any time. Any referral rewards already validly earned will remain subject to the terms and expiry date that applied when they were issued.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights a client may have under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
