The Believe in Beautiful app: book, shop and track your memberships

Between work, family and everything else, booking your next wax or skin treatment shouldn’t be another job on the list. The Believe in Beautiful app puts your appointments, memberships, rewards and favourite products in one place, so looking after yourself takes a few taps instead of a phone call.

Here’s what you can do in the app, and how to get the most out of it.

Book and manage appointments anywhere

The app lets you book and manage appointments at any of our six Brisbane clinics, whenever it suits you. Choose your treatment, pick a time and you’re done. If your plans change, you can manage your bookings in the app too.

You can also view our pricing before you book, so you always know where you stand. Whether it’s a Brazilian wax, a lash lift and tint or a Radiance Skin Treatment, it’s all there in your pocket.

Check in, pay and go

When you arrive, use self check-in so your therapist knows you’re there. Once your treatment is finished, you can self check-out and pay contactlessly. It’s a small thing, but it means less time at the front desk and more time for the rest of your day.

Shop skincare and gift vouchers

Running low on your favourite cleanser or serum? You can shop products in the app, including our Australian Skin Institute range, professional cosmeceutical skincare freshly formulated on the Gold Coast. You can buy gift vouchers in the app too, which makes them an easy last-minute present for birthdays, thank-yous or just because.

Prefer to browse on a bigger screen? Our full skincare shop is online as well, with free Australian delivery on orders over $150.

Your memberships and prepaid treatments in one place

The app is where you can see your memberships, gift cards and prepaid treatments, so you know exactly what you have available before you book. That’s especially handy if you’re a member:

• Skin Clubs give you one professional skin treatment every month. Radiance Club is $135 a month (regular value $180, save 25%) and Renewal Club is $220 a month (regular value $275, save 20%). Members also get 20 to 25% off Australian Skin Institute and Tugun Compounding Pharmacy retail.
• Beauty Pass gives you monthly credit to spend on waxing, IPL, lashes and brows, spray tanning and massage. Our most popular option, Maintenance, is $99 a month for $125 of credit.
• Packages and prepaid treatments, such as the Radiance Package ($460 for 3 Radiance Skin Treatments) or our Buy 4 or 6 and save offer (save 15% on 4 of the same service, or 20% on 6), are prepaid and valid for 6 months. Checking them in the app helps you use every one.

Earn and redeem loyalty points

Our loyalty program rewards you for the services you already love, and you can check your points in the app. Here’s how it works:

• Earn 1 point for every $30 you spend on eligible services.
• Redeem your points on eligible services, up to 10 points ($10) per invoice.
• Points expire 90 days from the date you earn them, so it pays to use them on your next few visits.
• Points can’t be earned or redeemed on products, packages, memberships, gift cards or vouchers, and can’t be used on top of other discounts or offers.

Refer a friend and you both get rewarded

Know someone who’d love us? You can refer a friend through the app. You get a $30 gift voucher and your friend gets $30 off their second visit. Keep sharing and the rewards grow, with a bonus $50 when you reach 5 referrals and a bonus $100 at 10 referrals. Find the details on our refer a friend offer.
